GREAT show and I just wanted to add how nice I think it was of Jacob to let them come over, especially when he hated the cameras around originally. GO ASH!

hey, so i've had time to settle down since the premiere. so i loved it and all, but it kind of disappointed me that it's so short. the time seemed to fly, in 30 minutes (probably only 15 of real showtime because of all those commercials) you can't really show that much. but, you gotta take what you can get i suppose. it's not like i didn't LOVE it anyways.
by the way kari: how did you get in the premiere party? that's awesome!! are you friends with ashley? i'm so jealous...  ~Katrina

I thought it was awesome
I loved the whole beach scene.Jacob, Janie and Abby were really cute. I really liked the unaired part with them that was on MTV overdrive. I felt like such a teenybopper again, but oh well Nicole |

so I assume that for those fo you who saw teh show, you saw the part on the beach with the annivarsary card right? Yeah I had a question about the picture they showed of Ashley and Tiffany that was in the card, was that Debbie's picture from their engagement party? It looked really similar to the one that she took.
anyways, I really enjoyed the premire and yes, I taped it as well, so as to not miss a thing. I really enjoyed the fact that Jacob was willing to be on camera and such though I was saddened when I heard that they were both quite out of money. Karla Clase de 'O6

I liked the show overall. I think it will do well. I was also really happy to see Jacob and I agree that it was nice of him to let the cameras in his house again after everything. I loved how caring and generous Ashley's record label seems. It's good to know that he is working with people who have his back.
I also thought it was cute to see how creative Ashley is like when he made his own anniversary card and wrote the song. A lot of guys don't even go out and buy cards, but he spent his time making a personal one..too cute!

Yep, that was one of my pictures in the anniversary card!
If you go to MTV Overdrive and check out the post-show stuff, you'll get a pretty good idea of what happened in the show. The Overdrive video is almost as long as the show! |

The show was great . I especially loved the aniversary song that ashley sang- it was really sweet. However, i didn't really care for those Zack Morris-esque moments when the background froze up and he interupted the scenes. I thought that was kinda cheesy. But other than that, it was a good show and i can't wait til next week!

The anniversary song was really cute. The show was pretty good, but I agree with the freezing part. That was really cheesy, and just awkward. I don't think it is needed.

I didn't think I could possibly miss o-town any more.
The show brought back some happy memories. It was a nice surprise to see Jacob in the premiere episode. I am a sucker for the beach scene.  I love how we get the inside of what goes on in the music industry. It's very interesting. I can't wait for more. Hopefully we will hear some of Ashley's songs on the next show. Iliana

Amazing show? Also where did you put up the trl video? I was schoked this morning because my radio station interviewed him and I had no idea that was going to happen. It was very exciting and all the the dj's were excited for him and said they loved the show so that's good.

i check it several times throughout the day!anyways, i just wanted to post about the overdrive stuff since i had previously whined about how short the actual show was...the overdrive stuff made up for it, im really glad mtv does that for us obsessive fans  if you haven't had a chance to watch it, find some way...my computer at home doesn't work with overdrive, but i've found that our school's computers do (im a senior in high school)! so yay.i really can't get over how silly/sweet that song to tiffany is. the story about jacob and his brushin with the fbi was awesome. so funny. hope you all get a chance to watch it...Katrina |

I LOVED the episode last night! I thought it was a great first episode - set everything up and gave us a look at everything that was going on.
I LOVE how Blackground seems like they are really taking care of Ashley and treating him well. I can't tell you the amount of times on MTB that I got so frustrated with managers/record companies and such and it was good to see that it looks like Ashley has a great group backing him! It was SO nice to see Ashley on TV again and see what he is up to (it was also surreal! I couldn't believe it finally came!)! I also loved seeing Jake, Janie, and, of course, Abbey! I'm so excited for this series - next Monday seems too far away for a new episode! But, I'm off to watch the extras on Overdrive! -jen-

I love ashley and all as everyone knows
but i thought the show was pretty cheesy and boring...I liked the part he sang to tiffany, but a lot of the things seemed unrealistic..the guy wouldnt have given him 10k if mtv wasnt there...and yeah. But ill still be watching its just weird seeing him do this now
